Presentation in 5-10 cm length kibbled, with 0.5 cm thickness at 75 and/or 25 microns

 

Presentation in block at 75 and/or 25 microns.

Usage

In the food industry to produce chocolates, products with chocolate flavouring, chocolate coverings or toppings and other pastry products.
