Roasted and pealed cocoa beans that has passed through a grinding process to create a mass, that is later tempered in 5-10 cm length chunks, with 0.5 cm thickness.
Usage
In the food industry to produce chocolates, products with chocolate flavouring, chocolate coverings or toppings and other pastry products.
